Shweta Bhandari is an accountable, empathetic, and supportive leader from the valleys of Uttarakhand with a creative mindset. Since her childhood, she has seen her mother helping needy people. This inspired her to develop the habit of helping people and start volunteering in different NGOs and CSR activities.
During her career as an operational and managerial personnel in different industries, she has remained attached to several prestigious NGOs like “Salaam Bharat,” “Bharat Gram Vikas Samiti," and so on. She has also been collaborating with Ms. Richa Anirudh as a “Project Manager,” where their team makes changes for people who need them most in every aspect.
Finally, she followed her passion and became the Founder of “Inficare Foundation” along with Vinayak Mehta, where she deals with people’s most challenging situations and helps them improve their lives in
whichever way possible. She continues to lead from the planning of social activities and projects to their execution on a routine basis.
